Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines the cancellation charges and refund process for bookings made with Travel 24 Seven. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

Cancellation Charges — Domestic Tours

Cancellation Charges — International Tours

For international tours, airline and hotel cancellation policies may apply separately and may be non-refundable.

Important Notes on Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@travel24seven.co.in
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost inclusive of all components.
The booking advance/deposit is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation.
Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance premiums and any third-party bookings already made are subject to their respective cancellation policies and may be 100% non-refundable.
Any refund due will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days of cancellation confirmation.
Bank charges, transaction fees and currency conversion charges are non-refundable.

Booking Amendments

Amendment requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before departure for domestic tours and 30 days before departure for international tours.
Amendments are subject to availability and applicable fees from hotels, airlines and other service providers.
A processing fee of ₹500 per traveller applies for each amendment request.
Change of travel dates is treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
We cannot guarantee that amendments will be possible, especially during peak seasons.

Force Majeure & Natural Events

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones, landslides)
Pandemics, epidemics or government-declared health emergencies
War, civil unrest, terrorism or political instability
Government-imposed travel restrictions or border closures
Acts of God or other unforeseeable extraordinary events

Travel 24 Seven will make every effort to reschedule your trip or provide a credit note valid for 12 months. Direct cash refunds in force majeure situations are at our discretion and subject to actual recoveries from suppliers.

Trip Interruption & Early Return

If a tour is interrupted due to personal reasons (illness, family emergency, etc.), no refund will be provided for unused services.
We will assist you with the practicalities of returning home, but any additional costs are your responsibility.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip interruption and medical emergencies.

Travel Insurance — Our Recommendation

We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before confirming any booking. A good travel insurance policy should cover:

Trip cancellation and curtailment
Medical emergencies and hospitalisation abroad
Loss of baggage and personal belongings
Flight delays and missed connections
Emergency evacuation
