About Us
Travel 24 Seven is a Ministry of Tourism approved travel company registered and operating from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We provide tour planning, booking and travel management services for domestic and international destinations. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Travel 24 Seven.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking confirmation email and advance payment.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without providing reasons.
Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, destinations, number of travellers) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and applicable change fees.
Tour itineraries are indicative. Actual timings and order of activities may vary due to weather, local conditions or other circumstances.
Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Quoted prices are valid for the specified period and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
A non-refundable booking advance (as specified in your quote) is required to confirm your booking.
The balance amount must be paid as per the payment schedule specified in your booking confirmation.
Payments can be made via NEFT/RTGS, UPI, credit/debit card, or through our Razorpay payment link.
Prices do not include GST (5% applicable on tour packages) unless explicitly stated.
International tours: Prices are in INR and any currency fluctuation charges may apply at the time of payment.
What Is Included / Excluded
Each tour package specifies its inclusions and exclusions. Unless explicitly mentioned in the package:
Typically Excluded: Airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips & gratuities, items of personal nature, entry fees to monuments (unless specified), meals not mentioned in the itinerary, optional activities
Typically Included: Accommodation (as specified), meals (as specified), transportation (as specified), sightseeing (as specified), professional driver/guide (where mentioned)

Traveller Responsibilities
Ensure all travellers hold valid government-issued photo ID and any required travel documents, visas or permits.
Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Arrive at all departure points punctually. No refund will be provided for missed services due to late arrival.
Dress appropriately and respectfully when visiting religious sites and cultural locations.
Follow all instructions of our guides, drivers and representatives during the tour.
Travel 24 Seven is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Travellers with medical conditions should consult their doctor before travel and inform us of any special requirements.
Liability Limitations
Travel 24 Seven acts as an organiser and facilitator. We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, transport operators or other third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for losses, damages or expenses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions.
We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability to any traveller shall not exceed the total amount paid by that traveller to us for the specific tour.
We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
Changes & Alterations
Travel 24 Seven reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of significant itinerary changes (not due to force majeure), we will offer alternative arrangements of equal or higher value, or a full refund of the affected portion.
Minor changes such as sequence of sightseeing, hotel within the same category, or timing adjustments do not constitute a significant change.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. Please contact us first before initiating any legal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
